Trials & Billing

Do all plans have a 14-day free trial?

Yes. Pick any tier and try it for 14 days—no commitment.

Are prices incl. VAT?

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT.

How are we billed on Pro?

Per active user, billed monthly (–20% if paid annually).

AI Units

What are AI Units?

AI Units are your AI fuel. Every AI action uses some Units. Small asks use a few; multi-step jobs use more.

Do you show how many Units a job will use before it runs?

No. We don’t predict in advance. You see actual usage after the job completes, and you’ll get usage alerts as you approach your monthly balance.

Do unused Units roll over?

  • •Starter & Pro: included Units reset monthly (no rollover).
  • •Enterprise: Annual committed Units with rollover within the contract year (or a monthly allocation if your contract says so).
  • •Top-ups: don’t expire on any tier.

Do annual Starter/Pro plans include rollover?

No. Annual billing gives you a discount and one invoice, but your included AI Units still reset monthly. Unused Units from one month don’t carry over to the next.

  • •Starter (annual): 3,000 Units/month per workspace. Unused Units expire at month-end.
  • •Pro (annual): 1,800 Units/user/month (pooled). Unused Units expire at month-end.
  • •Top-ups: 10k / 50k / 250k — these never expire until used.
  • •Enterprise only: “Annual committed Units with rollover” lets you carry unused Units within the same contract year (per your agreement).

Example:

You’re on Pro (annual) with 10 users → 18,000 Units/month pooled. If you only use 15,000 in March, the remaining 3,000 don’t roll into April. If you also bought a 50k top-up, any unused portion of that stays available until you use it.

How much do top-ups cost?

  • •10,000 Units: 149 SEK
  • •50,000 Units: 599 SEK
  • •250,000 Units: 2,499 SEK

Top-ups are one-off and do not expire.

Can I buy more Units anytime?

Yes. Add a top-up whenever you need more. They’re available on all tiers.

Pooled Units

What does “pooled Units” mean?

All Units in a workspace live in one shared bucket. Anyone on the team can use them; light users offset heavy users.

Starter example

  • •5 members, 3,000 Units/month total.
  • •If two people use 400 each (800 used), the team still has 2,200 Units left for the rest of the month.

Pro example

  • •10 users × 1,800 Units = 18,000 Units/month pooled.
  • •Anna 900, Björn 2,600, Chen 1,200 → 4,700 used; 13,300 left for everyone.

Month reset

  • •On the 1st, the pool resets to your monthly amount. Any top-ups you’ve purchased remain until used.

Seeing Usage (Ask the Agent)

Can we see who used the Units?

Yes—ask the Agent. Try:

  • •“How many AI Units did our workspace use this month—by user and by job type?”
  • •“Show Unit usage this week grouped by project and export a summary.”
  • •“Which jobs used the most Units yesterday?”

Enterprise Options

What does “annual committed Units with rollover” mean?

It’s an Enterprise option where you commit to a fixed amount of AI Units for 12 months, get a better rate, and any unused Units in a month roll forward within the same contract year.

How it works (simple):

  • •Commit once for the year (e.g., 24,000,000 Units org-wide).
  • •Draw down from that annual bucket any month.
  • •Rollover within the year: underused Units in March are still available for April–December.
  • •At the end of the 12-month term, any remaining Units expire (unless your contract says otherwise or you renew with a carryover clause).

Examples:

  • •Even usage: Commit 24M Units (≈2M/mo). Use ~2M each month → all 24M used by year-end.
  • •Spiky usage: Commit 24M Units. Use 1.2M in Jan, 1.5M in Feb (you “save” 1.3M). Later months (e.g., June 3.8M, Sept 3.2M) consume that saved balance. As long as total ≤ 24M by year-end, you’re covered.

Integrations & APIs

Are integrations available on Starter?

No—Starter has no integrations/APIs.

Which plans include integrations?

Pro and Enterprise. We enable connectors (e.g., Fortnox / Visma / SSO) as they roll out.

Can I request a new integration?

Yes. We take requests from all customers. Pro gets standard priority; Enterprise gets highest priority with co-scoping where feasible.

Upgrades, Downgrades & Seats

Can we upgrade tiers?

Yes—upgrade any time. Changes apply immediately and are pro-rated.

Can we downgrade tiers?

No. You cannot move from a higher tier to a lower tier (e.g., Pro → Starter). You can reduce the number of members on Pro/Enterprise to lower your bill.

Can we run multiple workspaces?

Yes. Each workspace is billed separately and has its own Unit bucket.

Invoicing & Reminders

Can I send invoices from BisFlow?

Yes. Create invoices from approved time, send them to clients, and download the PDF.

Do you support invoice CSV?

No. Invoices are PDF only.

Can I automate payment reminders?

Yes. Schedule reminder emails (e.g., after due date, then every X days).
